Ingredients needed:
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20 g of grated ginger

Preparation instructions:
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the finely chopped garlic and onion on it.
- Wash the lens and add it to the sherpa and pour 1.5 liters of water.
- Add diced carrots and potatoes.

- After the soup boils, reduce the heat and let it cook for another twenty minutes until the soup thickens.
